Stylish hotel with particularly good location super close to Bayswater tube station in the Westminster Borough district. Fantastically friendly staff; early check in. Spotless & recently renovated rooms with milk included as well as the bathroom.

The personnel were brilliantly friendly. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was terrific. Early check-in was a bonus. The location was good, near Bayswater tube station, the hotel overlooked city. Local fast food option Chozen Noodle was 5 minutes walk away.

Nice decor, helpful staff and a pleasant room. Breakfast available at a nearby sister hotel for a good price. a perfect stay and would definitely return for a longer visit.

Nicely appointed and great value hotel, I appreciated its central location just off Kensington and Hyde Park, Queensway tube stations and city center. The property staff was extremely helpful and amazing friendly. The highlight was the astonishing food. Spent here 2 fine days and would stay here again.

That was well-appointed and good value hotel set in very nice area, so close to the Circle Line and Central Line, Kensington Palace and gardens and Queensway tube stations. The room was well furnished and freshly decorated with private bathroom and they provided wake-up service when I asked.
